We ship from Johor to addresses in West Malaysia and Singapore.

West Malaysia

Delivery is free on orders over RM150.

Singapore

Delivery is S$5 on orders under S$50, and free on orders of S$50 and above.

East Malaysia

We do not currently ship to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan from this store. Shipping costs there are high enough that we cannot price it fairly. You can find our products on our Shopee and Lazada stores instead.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 3 days of payment. Delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days in West Malaysia and 5 to 7 working days in Singapore. We do not pack or ship on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected. If it has not arrived by the end of the window above, message us and we will chase the courier rather than sending you to do it.

Addresses

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers here call before delivery, and a wrong number is the most common reason a parcel comes back to us. If a parcel is returned because the address or number was wrong, we will resend it once you cover the postage again.
